7/31/2026: First abstract deadline (if you’re traveling internationally, use this deadline!)
8/21/2026: First acceptance notification
10/2/2026 by 5:00 p.m. CT: Second abstract and 3MT deadline (required for all oral presentations, student research awards, and USDA project director presentations)
10/23/2026: Second acceptance notification

For over 100 years, CRWAD has featured cutting-edge research on animal health and disease, population health, and translational medicine. CRWAD 2026 will feature lectures from world-renowned featured speakers in addition to showcasing over 500 research presentations made by scientific experts and scientists in training from around the world. In 2025, CRWAD will be held in Chicago. We look forward to seeing you there this year!
