Room Rates for the CRWAD | January 2027 Conference (if booked by December 23, 2026):
- Guest room: $184.00 (plus applicable fees and taxes)
- Government rate*: $148.00 (plus applicable fees and taxes)

A limited number of government room rates are now available by navigating to the booking website and selecting “I have an access code” from the initial dropdown menu and inserting code CRWGFG0127556.
You must present government ID at the time of check–in. Government rates are subject to the federal government per diem rate.
Be Aware of Hotel Scams
CRWAD will never contact you directly about booking a hotel room. If someone calls you about booking a hotel room, they are not from CRWAD and are not a legitimate source for booking your hotel reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY, NO-SHOW, AND EARLY-DEPARTURE FEE
Reservations cannot be canceled within 72 hours of arrival, and the hotel may charge for “no-shows” and early departures. Attendees are charged a one-night room and tax fee for unscheduled early departures (an “Early-Departure Fee”) if an attendee checks out of the hotel prior to the attendee’s scheduled departure date without having notified the hotel by midnight the day after check-in of the change in scheduled departure.
