The #CRWAD2026 app will be your all-in-one event guide, with everything you need right on your mobile device. Download it via the mobile app on the Apple App Store or Google Play. Once downloaded, enter “CRWAD2026” to access the meeting. If you previously used this app for a different conference, click “More” from the home screen, choose “Change Event,” then enter “CRWAD2026.”

Build Your Perfect Schedule in the CRWAD App
- Once in the #CRWAD2026 app, you can browse the program by day and time, by speaker, or by session type, or you can run your own unique search.
- Build your schedule and add personal meetings via the My Scheduled Sessions feature. You can add sessions to your schedule by hitting the “schedule” button for that session or pressing and holding the event as you browse the larger program.
- Maps of each session are available right in the app. Click on the room listed for any session you’re interested in, and the app will drop a pin on the map to your exact destination.

- Suggested dress: Business casual. We suggest packing a light sweater or jacket for cool meeting rooms and Chicago nights
- Wi-Fi: Access complimentary Wi-Fi via the CRWAD network using the password “crwad2026”
- Parking: Valet parking is $76 per night, and self-parking is $58 daily

Oral Presentations: Speaker-Ready Room and Revisions
Please carefully review the oral presentation instructions.
- Oral presenters (except for 3MT presenters) will be able to upload revisions on-site in the speaker-ready upload room (the Los Angeles room on the fifth floor) until 5:00 p.m. on the day before their presentation.
- No internet access is available in the speaker-ready upload room. Please bring your file on a USB drive during these hours:
- Saturday, January 17 | 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
- Sunday, January 18 | 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
- Monday, January 19 | 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
- No on-site changes are allowed for 3MT presentations.
